The end product is a 99.9% realistic photo of a happy group or family on a whale or a crawdad or a dinosaur or whatever. The unrealistic .1% comes from the fact that the whale makes fat people look less fat, contrary to their complaints upon seeing the picture. This particular picture was taken at Sea World Ohio.
